Art Prep: charges All custom jobs have a minimum preparation and setup fee of $25. Extremely complex artwork or multiple revisions may incur higher charges.

Art: Our art department has millions of clip art images and we will work with you to get what you are looking for, or if you have you have your art work already done send it to us on a CD in a file format in either JPG, GIF, BMP or call us with your format. Make sure you image is in a high DPI format (600) or better and size is about 8.5" X 11".
Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to start any custom work.
Turnaround: 7-10 working days is typical. This figure may vary depending upon press schedules and art time, if required. Jobs are taken on a first come, first served basis, and we do not offer an expedited price list. We can't be responsible for time lost due to missing information or being unable to contact the customer.
Refunds: Once you approve your design on custom transfers we will be unable to refund as we will not be able to sell your custom transfer to someone else. All stock transfers will be refunded. Need more information call 317 392 9642
